What you will do

• Lead data center project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Coordinate and lead multi-discipline Project Managers specializing in MEP, CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical packages.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and quality while maintaining oversight of budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with general contractors to assess local construction capabilities and manage resource planning.
• Drive adherence to program milestones, identifying potential delays and developing recovery plans.
• Lead risk identification and resolution to ensure issues are captured and addressed early.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience in the data center or mission-critical sector.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline delivery teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination.
• Must be based in Portugal
