TL;DR

Project Manager (Embedded Systems): Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute complex OEM product projects for medical devices, robotics, and scientific instruments with an accent on technical project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Focus on ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with regulatory requirements for high-precision hardware and embedded software solutions.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Brno, Czech Republic (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead project planning, defining requirements, scope, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams to maximize efficiency and ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee project goals, status, budgets, and mitigation plans with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely project completion while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in a similar technical field.
  • Fluent English for daily communication with stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong background or experience in electronics, hardware, or embedded software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • PMP certification or Lean methodology experience.
