TL;DR
Project Manager (Embedded Vision): Leading cross-functional development and execution of technical OEM product projects for embedded vision, Edge AI, RFID, and spectroradiometer technologies with an accent on requirements, scope, risk management, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Focus on coordinating complex project teams, mitigating delivery risks, and achieving on-time delivery and project financial targets.
Location: Brno, Czech Republic; hybrid work

What you will do
- Lead planning and execution of highly technical OEM product development projects.
- Define project requirements, scope, controls, and risk management procedures.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure effective staffing and delivery.
- Track project goals, status, budgets, risks, mitigation plans, and financial performance.
- Communicate project progress and reports to management, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ensure timely completion while meeting regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a similar discipline.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a similar technical field.
- Fluent English is required for daily communication with stakeholders and customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or Lean methodology experience.
- Experience with electronics, hardware, or embedded software.
