What you will do

• Oversee an indirect team of approximately 50 full-time employees.
• Manage all HR-related matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure governance, control, and SLA performance for transaction accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise financial activities including monthly, interim, and year-end closures.
• Drive cost efficiencies, improved working capital, and cash flow management.
• Implement robotic process automation to enable teams to focus on higher-value tasks.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of Finance & Accounting experience within a BPO environment at a campaign level.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of financial governance and process maturity.
• Ability to present monthly and executive change management business reviews.
• Post-Matric qualification in Finance/Accounting is an advantage.
