What you will do

• Lead the preparation and execution of scheduled and urgent payment runs in line with approved timelines.
• Oversee the issuance and administration of corporate and virtual cards according to internal policies.
• Maintain and improve treasury operational playbooks, SOPs, and detailed audit trails.
• Manage operational exceptions, risks, and the resolution of payment failures and bank returns.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, training, and capability development for Treasury Operations Specialists.
• Act as the primary operational interface between AP, Finance, and banking partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in treasury, finance operations, or payment environments.
• Hands-on experience with payment processing, reconciliations, and banking platforms.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite or Xero and financial controls.
• Experience working within regulated, audited, or controlled operating environments.
• Must be based in South Africa.
