Senior GTM Engineering Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; in-person onboarding in Toronto is required for go-to-market roles.

Annual base salary: USD 113,000–158,000 for US-based roles; CAD 105,000–147,000 for Canada-based roles.

What you will do

• Build and maintain AI agents that prepare call and deal briefs, draft customer follow-ups, rank target accounts, and flag deals requiring attention.
• Develop data tables and scheduled analysis jobs combining Salesforce, Gong, and other go-to-market systems.
• Create reports, alerts, and weekly manager briefs for sales leadership.
• Rebuild revenue operations processes to reduce manual work and improve data quality and decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, Channel, and Revenue Operations teams to define technical requirements.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, privacy, data access, safeguards, adoption, and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered workflows used in real business operations.
• Confidence with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of statistics.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes to reduce manual work and improve decisions.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada and attend in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Nice to have

• Python experience for automation, API integrations, and connecting systems.
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or business intelligence platforms.
• Experience supporting channel or partner sales, working across multiple regions, or studying a quantitative discipline.
