GTM Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and ship AI-powered GTM systems, internal tools, and AI agents for prospecting intelligence, expansion insights, deal intelligence, handoffs, and GTM copilots.
• Own GTM automation as a product from discovery through adoption, measuring and improving efficiency, automation ROI, and pipeline influence.
• Build, run, and optimize automated outbound programs for the North American market.
• Run trigger-based, micro-campaign, and pre-event outbound experiments.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to test targeting, messaging, and automation strategies.
• Turn successful outbound plays into repeatable GTM programs for the North America team.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Operations, RevOps, or automation roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of sales and outbound tactics.
• Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as n8n, Clay, and Salesforce.
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI workflows, including prompting, agents, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Builder mindset with experience shipping, iterating, and improving systems end to end.
• Strong communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical teams and clarifying complex problems.
