What you will do

• Design, implement, and validate flight dynamics and subsystem models using MATLAB and Simulink.
• Manage trimming, linearization, and validation of linear and nonlinear models.
• Model failure behaviors for various aircraft subsystems including actuators and sensors.
• Apply system identification methods to refine models based on flight test data.
• Support the planning, execution, and analysis of flight tests to acquire high-quality data.
• Document technical implementations to ensure traceability and maintain clear artifacts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in flight dynamics and modeling.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as an internal technical expert.
• Self-motivated approach to driving responsibilities independently.
• English proficiency is required for daily communication.
