Senior Electronics Design Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Design and validate electrical system architectures for Electric Powertrains.
• Manage the full PCBA development cycle, including design, manufacturing coordination, bring-up, and validation.
• Develop schematic designs for BMS and charger updates, including critical bug fixes.
• Build battery simulation testbenches and integrated testing platforms for chargers and batteries.
• Define and execute detailed subsystem-level test plans.
• Collaborate closely with firmware engineering teams across all development processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office in Germany.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of professional experience in electronics design.
• Proven expertise in PCB design and hands-on experience in electronic lab environments.
• Deep understanding of power electronics systems and embedded firmware infrastructure.
• Experience with EMC and compliance testing.
