What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by acquiring net new logos and expanding existing accounts in the Nordics territory.
  • Execute complex, solution-based sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across various organizational groups.
  • Define and implement account strategies to increase sales velocity and efficiently manage long-term sales cycles.
  • Partner with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure rapid growth of existing and target accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, specifically within ESG, Sustainability, and Procurement departments.
  • Provide strategic guidance on tailoring products and services to meet the specific needs of the Nordic sustainable finance space.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of proven success selling enterprise software to large companies.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding annual quotas in SaaS or Platform solutions.
  • Experience selling to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, or Supply Chain personas.
  • Fully professional proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish).
  • High proficiency in Salesforce.com; experience with Sales Navigator and Salesloft is a plus.
  • University degree and ability to work in a hybrid setup in London.
