What you will do

• Support sales teams with lead generation and pitch preparation.
• Assist in executing event marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
• Coordinate logistics planning and provide on-site support for exhibitions and conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Participate in a structured 1-year rotation program across key business areas.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, or marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken Vietnamese and English proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in fast-paced environments.
• Passionate about building a long-term career in the events industry.

• Fluency in Chinese.
