What you will do

• Facilitate event booking requests and manage communications with corporate and nonprofit stakeholders.
• Coordinate event logistics, including room layouts, floor plans, and scheduling.
• Train and onboard the on-site events team.
• Monitor and process Shopify orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely resolution of issues.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and fulfillment partners.
• Identify operational risks and implement innovative solutions to ensure successful event delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vietnam.
• 1-2 years of experience in event management, preferably with large-scale events.
• Background in customer success or client-facing roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work 12 pm - 9 am GMT+7.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in a second language.
