What you will do

• Participate in a 1-year rotational program covering Sales, Marketing, and Event Operations.
• Support the sales team in lead generation and the preparation of pitches to achieve targets.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and the analysis of event campaign performance.
• Coordinate logistics planning and provide on-site support during event execution.
• Collaborate with industry experts and mentors to develop professional event management skills.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Fluency in Chinese.
• Familiarity with event management software.
