What you will do

• Manage and resolve project queries (FI, MSDynamics, NRSP) according to SOPs and aligned timelines.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Commercial teams to track progress and close data-related issues.
• Extract and compute KPI data for project delivery leads to monitor performance.
• Perform hotspot investigations and photo checks for SOS/TRD studies.
• Coordinate with local HUB resources to execute collection services and standardize operational processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of project management experience (preferably in market research).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and reporting information.
• Strong communication skills with a troubleshooting approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to set timelines.
• College degree preferred.
