What you will do

• Develop and execute event concepts and execution plans for B2B events.
• Manage onsite delivery of opening ceremonies, press conferences, seminars, and roadshows.
• Monitor event timelines and schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Manage partnerships with industry governments, associations, and organizations.
• Coordinate press and media communications via agencies, including stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze buyer data in collaboration with the Central Data Team to target the correct audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Management.
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B event management with a track record of medium-scale execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for project management.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required.
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
