What you will do

• Manage and resolve data queries by coordinating with delivery teams to meet established timelines.
• Track and clear project-related requests and queries in MS Dynamics and internal trackers.
• Extract, compute, and share project KPIs with delivery leads according to defined frequencies.
• Support photo checking and data extraction processes for commercial studies.
• Collaborate with local HUB resources to ensure operational standardization and process compliance.
• Familiarize with regional quality investigations and operational vendor ecosystems.

Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably within market research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and numbers.
• Effective communication skills with a troubleshooting and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple timelines effectively.
