TL;DR

Event Manager (Exhibitions): Executing tactics and operational management for exhibitions in agriculture, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries with an accent on event strategy, customer experience, and P&L performance. Focus on designing high-level event experiences, managing complex logistics, and building relationships with international customers.

Location: In-person in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (required to work in office five days a week)

What you will do

  • Develop event strategies and design experiences to enhance the value proposition and customer needs.
  • Manage operational logistics, including venue negotiation, floorplans, and move-in/move-out processes.
  • Support the management of Brand P&L, including the delivery of conferences and seminars.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key international customers and sales partners to identify market trends.

Requirements

  • University Bachelor's Degree or University of Applied Sciences qualification.
  • 8+ years of experience in Brand/Product roles within a multinational organization.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a Brand/Product team.
  • Proven experience in developing brand/sales strategies and managing international customer relationships.
  • Strong background in event logistics, show floor management, and budgeting/forecasting.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20-30%.
