Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the recruiting strategy across all teams in partnership with leadership and cofounders.
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
• Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to fill critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure visibility into pipeline health and performance.
• Optimize recruiting tools and systems, including the ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Champion the candidate experience and contribute to employer branding in the technical talent market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing and closing both technical and non-technical candidates.
• Track record of working in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools.
• Must be based in the USA; unable to sponsor work visas at this time.
