What you will do

• Support the contract delivery team to ensure profitability, cash management, and cost control.
• Manage the full sub-contract cycle and assist with sub-contract documentation.
• Produce and maintain accurate project reporting, including CVRs and CTCs.
• Input into application and credit control processes.
• Review site records, including allocation sheets and site diaries.
• Assist with monthly financial performance reports and project progress meetings.

Requirements

• Degree or HND/HNC equivalent qualification.
• Must be based in or able to work in Penrith.
• Suitable post-degree experience in a contracting commercial department.
• Knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract, specifically NEC3 and NEC4.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working towards a professional qualification is preferred.
