TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage post-award contract administration, including payment applications and invoice preparation.
  • Develop and implement project commercial plans, including subcontracting strategies and profit improvement plans.
  • Perform regular cost analysis to maximize recoverable costs and minimize disallowable expenses.
  • Prepare cashflow forecasts and ensure all commercial documentation is correctly approved and maintained.
  • Contribute to internal project reviews and develop robust project forecasts in collaboration with the project team.
  • Ensure scope of delivery is understood and captured in contract variations and amendments.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in Argyll, Scotland.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies.
  • Substantial experience in a QS or Senior QS role, preferably within transmission and distribution or overhead lines.
  • Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Proven experience in contract administration and change management.
