What you will do

• Support the commercial team across the full project lifecycle from contract negotiation to final cost reporting.
• Manage contracts in line with NEC 3/4 (Options A, B & E).
• Handle subcontractor negotiations, payments, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Conduct site visits for monthly AFP and sub-contract assessments.
• Produce accurate budget, cost, and change reports.
• Generate Cost Value Reconciliation and Earned Value Analysis reports.

Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be flexible to travel as required.
• 3 A-levels at minimum BCC grade and 5 GCSEs (9-4) including Math and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Basic understanding of standard methods of measurement and the construction industry.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Level 4 related qualification or equivalent discipline.
