Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 per year

What you will do

• Build Bills of Quantities from project drawings.
• Ensure timely and accurate commercial reporting of the framework.
• Generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Assess and process subcontract payments.
• Manage client invoicing.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the overall financial success of the framework.

Requirements

• Must have full and unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or experience in a Commercial Assistant/Administrator role.
• Preference for candidates with a full clean driving licence.
• Experience in civils/utilities projects or a history of working within frameworks and DNO projects.

• Competence with SAP.
