What you will do

• Support project delivery to achieve target margins.
• Ensure all contractual processes are observed, notices issued, and documents stored.
• Develop positive working relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts, including measurement.
• Document and record all agreements of variations within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Sound track record in a commercial role for a main contractor.
• Experience delivering projects through to successful profitable completion.
• Strong commercial awareness and legal/contractual knowledge.
• Sound data interrogation skills.
• Enthusiastic team-player capable of thriving in a fast-moving culture.
