Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €35,000–€60,000

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS company building an AI-powered business management platform for HR, Finance, and IT, headquartered in Barcelona with a global presence.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close for the new IT vertical.
  • Conduct product demos and solution presentations for IT Managers, CIOs, and Ops leaders.
  • Build consultative relationships to understand and solve customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine the Ideal Customer Profile and messaging.
  • Track and forecast opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide customer insights to help improve product features and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in IT, Cloud, or Operations.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience managing pipelines and forecasts.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build and iterate in a startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to IT personas like CIOs, IT Managers, or VPs of Engineering.
  • Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
  • Experience with upselling or cross-selling within existing customer bases.
