Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €35,000–€60,000

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close for the new IT vertical.
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations for IT Managers, CIOs, and Ops leaders.
- Build consultative relationships to understand and solve customer pain points.
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine the Ideal Customer Profile and messaging.
- Track and forecast opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM.
- Provide customer insights to help improve product features and internal processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in IT, Cloud, or Operations.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience managing pipelines and forecasts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build and iterate in a startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to IT personas like CIOs, IT Managers, or VPs of Engineering.
- Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
- Experience with upselling or cross-selling within existing customer bases.
