What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution throughout the full SDLC.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering and product stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project risks and impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle end-to-end planning, tracking, reporting, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate Sprint Demo meetings.
• Drive AI adoption initiatives from scoping to tracking outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on end-to-end delivery.
• Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in estimation, capacity planning, and delivery tracking.
• Advanced Jira skills for backlog management and reporting.
• AI-native mindset with daily experience using LLM assistants.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
