What you will do

  • Partner with regional sales directors to build strong relationships with account teams.
  • Lead, recruit, and coach a team of skilled solutions engineers focused on large enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers regarding cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Drive operational excellence and team accountability for deal management in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with product groups to ensure customer success and maximum solution value.
  • Travel 25-50% as required by the role.

Requirements

  • Must have the legal right to work in South Korea without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven experience managing a team of solutions engineers in large enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Strong background in network engineering, operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments, cloud identity, access management, and certificates.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience with traditional CSPM tools or cloud infrastructure security.
  • Technical SaaS selling experience.
  • Awareness of CI/CD processes and Infrastructure as Code.
