Salary: €5,994 – €8,563 gross per month

What you will do

• Define, maintain, and own IAM policy documents and requirements as the authoritative reference.
• Provide subject-matter expert input to projects and collaborate with architecture and process stakeholders.
• Develop high-level communication materials to drive awareness and adoption of IAM requirements.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments to translate them into actionable IAM guidance.
• Support teams in making well-informed decisions that balance security, compliance, and usability.

Requirements

• Academic work and thinking level required.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• In-depth knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• At least 5 years of experience with IAM tools such as Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Active Directory.
• Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
