Technical Information Security Officer (Cybersecurity)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working

Salary: €4,527–€6,036 per month based on 36 hours, depending on knowledge and experience

What you will do

• Review technical designs and security measures for networks, infrastructure, cloud environments, on-premise data centers, and external connections.
• Assess IAM, firewalls, and other controls against NN security standards.
• Track periodic controls and perform product reviews, threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, and supply chain security activities.
• Work with DevOps teams to identify risks and implement appropriate security measures.
• Support security and compliance initiatives, including automation of security compliance.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in IT and information security.
• Strong knowledge of IT security, compliance practices, industry standards, risks, and controls.
• Proactive, result-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage risks, priorities, and objectives.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from varied backgrounds.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a relevant technical or security-oriented field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with network connectivity products.
• CISSP, SSCP, or other relevant security and technical certifications.
