IT Compliance Specialist

Location: Hybrid, based in Utrecht, Netherlands

What you will do

• Create, update, and process internal IT compliance documents, including change controls, risk assessments, system inventories, validation records, and disaster recovery plans.
• Prepare IT documentation and participate in internal and external audit interviews.
• Answer IT-related questions from sponsors and support reviews of client and vendor agreements.
• Track the resolution of IT-related audit findings.
• Support the development and maintenance of IT documentation and departmental QSDs.
• Monitor compliance with internal QSDs, applicable laws, regulations, and standards, and participate in risk assessments.

Requirements

• College or university degree.
• Previous experience in IT and/or compliance.
• Meticulous approach to documents and processes.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Availability to work in a hybrid role based in Utrecht, Netherlands.
