What you will do

• Own the global Identity & Access Management strategy, delivery, roadmap, and value-stream planning.
• Lead end-to-end change and run activities for IAM services supporting users, suppliers, systems, and AI agent identities.
• Consolidate IAM tools and processes into a scalable architecture that improves efficiency and user experience.
• Strengthen privileged access management, identity governance, Zero Trust controls, regulatory compliance, and audit remediation.
• Deliver AI-driven provisioning and authentication to reduce manual effort and accelerate access provisioning.
• Manage and develop the IAM leadership pipeline, including employment decisions for leadership roles and coaching.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in enterprise IAM or security leadership, including large-scale IAM transformation.
• Experience reducing risk, improving compliance, or increasing operational efficiency.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and leading multidisciplinary teams through change while maintaining service operations.
• Experience supporting cross-border operations in at least three global markets, including adaptation to local regulatory environments and collaboration across cultures and time zones.
• Master’s-degree-equivalent working and thinking level.
• Strong capabilities in IAM governance, privileged access, Zero Trust, identity lifecycle management, and IAM automation.
