What you will do

• Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically for Integrated Risk Management and AI Control Tower.
• Build and optimize integrations between ServiceNow and various security and IT systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and IT teams to deliver practical, efficient solutions.
• Support the accessibility and usability of risk and compliance tools across the organization.
• Monitor and enhance platform performance, stability, and overall user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (CSA certification or equivalent).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and building system integrations.
• Experience managing applications throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Understanding of risk, security, or compliance domains.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for knowledge sharing.
