What you will do

• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Test and implement RPA solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and support to end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an RPA Developer.
• Proficiency with UiPath and/or Blue Prism.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong analytical, process-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and chatbot technologies.
• Proficiency in Python or C#.
