What you will do

• Maintain and improve Salesforce tooling including SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, and ExperienceCloud.
• Support release management, deployment planning, and UAT coordination.
• Ensure data security, role hierarchies, and compliance with internal policies and GDPR.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user management, flow configuration, and data cleanup.
• Act as first-line support for system issues and maintain a knowledge base for users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document system improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience with data mapping for integrations.
• Proficiency in diagnosing complex system problems and interpreting data.
