TL;DR

Senior Consultant SAP Finance (S/4HANA): Leading S/4HANA financial transformations by translating complex business requirements into technical solutions with an accent on SAP best practices and digital innovation. Focus on designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end SAP Finance modules while advising clients on maximizing system value.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Amstelveen office)

Salary: €4,000–€6,700 per month

What you will do

  • Translate complex financial business processes into practical technical solutions.
  • Configure and test S/4HANA solutions for international business transformations.
  • Standardize business processes by applying SAP best practices and the Powered SAP methodology.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure clear and structured project communication.
  • Incorporate digital innovations like AI Workbench and hirify.global Velocity into client projects.
  • Support all implementation phases including design, change management, testing, and go-live.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience as an SAP Finance consultant with S/4HANA implementation expertise.
  • Functional knowledge of FI, CO, AA, AP, and AR modules.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
  • Experience in full-cycle SAP transformation projects including requirements analysis and design.

Nice to have

  • Experience with public or private sector SAP implementations.
  • Familiarity with BPT and other advanced SAP Finance tools.
