TL;DR
Supply (B2B Sales): Managing the full B2B sales cycle to create and optimize partnerships with an accent on pipeline generation and strategic growth. Focus on identifying new market opportunities, negotiating high-value contracts, and scaling emerging verticals.
Location: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 WFH), based in Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: 2500 - 3700 EUR/month + bonuses

What you will do
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Generate and develop the sales pipeline through inbound and outbound activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and design sales strategies for emerging verticals.
- Develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
- Oversee existing client relationships, including onboarding, upselling, and renewals.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in international B2B sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
- Strong negotiation and time-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and a result-oriented problem-solving mindset.
- Must be based in Vilnius or able to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office).
