What you will do

• Manage a book of business worth $1M+ ARR, including contract renewals and procurement/legal reviews.
• Analyze customer usage metrics using tools like PowerBI to identify churn warning signs and upsell opportunities.
• Communicate complex technical constraints clearly and diplomatically in English.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Leverage knowledge of web scraping, proxy management, and anti-bot technologies to support client needs.
• Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving processes.

Requirements

• Location: Vilnius, Warsaw, or Hangzhou with hybrid and remote work options.
• English: Exceptional written and verbal skills, C1 level or higher.
• Basic familiarity with Python, Node.js, or curl commands; experience with web scraping tools like BeautifulSoup or Puppeteer is a plus.
• Prior exposure to web scraping ecosystem, proxy management, and anti-bot networks (Cloudflare, Akamai).
• Proven track record managing high-value client portfolios and handling complex contract negotiations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with process-building responsibilities.
