What you will do

  • Manage and develop strategic partnerships with key distribution accounts across Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Build relationships with customers by understanding their businesses, crop challenges, and technical needs.
  • Provide technical support, including product guidance, technical discussions, and participation in field visits or demonstrations.
  • Drive sales growth through distribution partners by supporting activities that engage end users and deliver commercial and technical value.
  • Execute commercial strategy by monitoring performance, adapting plans, and maintaining accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Technical, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure end-to-end execution and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, technical support, or commercial roles in the agricultural or related industry.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical product information to customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and manage key accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly across Belgium and Luxembourg.
