What you will do
- Manage and develop strategic partnerships with key distribution accounts across Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Build relationships with customers by understanding their businesses, crop challenges, and technical needs.
- Provide technical support, including product guidance, technical discussions, and participation in field visits or demonstrations.
- Drive sales growth through distribution partners by supporting activities that engage end users and deliver commercial and technical value.
- Execute commercial strategy by monitoring performance, adapting plans, and maintaining accurate sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with Technical, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure end-to-end execution and resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, technical support, or commercial roles in the agricultural or related industry.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical product information to customers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and manage key accounts.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly across Belgium and Luxembourg.
