What you will do

• Expand and strengthen the hirify.global Partner Network across Belgium
• Lead and support a high-performing local team
• Manage and develop the office location in Nijlen
• Execute growth strategy and drive scalability in the Belgian market
• Identify and develop key B2B opportunities in smart building automation
• Ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of partner projects

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Nijlen, Belgium
• Completed technical apprenticeship or degree in relevant fields
• Several years of experience in business development, account or sales management with digital sales processes
• Proven experience leading small, high-performing teams
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus
• Limited willingness to travel; most meetings held virtually
• Willingness to complete onboarding in Austria
