What you will do
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of large and medium-sized food partners, managing relationships from C-level to store floor.
- Drive the acquisition of potential new partners to expand the network.
- Create data-driven annual plans and business cases to help partners grow and reduce waste.
- Conduct proactive store visits to translate shop-floor challenges into strategic headquarters discussions.
- Monitor KPIs closely and adjust partner strategies to maximize environmental and business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams to launch impactful campaigns.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required for professional communication.
- Proven track record as an experienced Key Account Manager.
- Strong interest in and professional affinity for the Foodservice industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive strategies from financial and sales data.
- Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work independently and take accountability.
- Must be based in or able to work from Brussels, Belgium.
