What you will do

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with producers, creators, venues, and key entertainment stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for new partners.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy to scale hirify.global’s presence in the region.
• Lead contract negotiations with large partners to ensure sustainable economics and long-term value.
• Organize and manage a large client base, balancing growth and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales or at a top-tier consulting firm and/or tech company.
• Proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, quota-carrying role.
• Strong business development and partnership management skills.
• Commercial experience in entertainment, live events, or immersive events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM.
