TL;DR

Martech Operation Specialist (HubSpot/GA4): Supporting the Marketing Centre of Excellence with technical operations across HubSpot and Google tracking tools with an accent on troubleshooting, platform configuration, and QA. Focus on identifying root causes of tracking discrepancies, standardizing scalable workflows, and improving CRM hygiene across multiple brands.

Location: Must be based in Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, or the UK. Right to work in the applying country is required.

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot issues across HubSpot, GTM, GA4, Google Ads, and reporting platforms.
  • Build and QA tags, triggers, workflows, and lifecycle-stage logic.
  • Manage HubSpot configuration, CRM hygiene, lead routing, and deduplication rules.
  • Validate tracking quality, consent behavior, and campaign setup integrity.
  • Support the adoption of new tools like CDP and other MarTech platforms.
  • Create technical documentation, Jira tickets, and QA checklists.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub/CRM configuration and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and GA4, including event setup, conversion tracking, and debugging.
  • Experience using Tag Assistant, Preview Mode, and Chrome DevTools.
  • Strong analytical mindset for root cause analysis.
  • Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must have the right to work in Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, or the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Ads conversion tracking and server-side tagging.
  • Knowledge of BI tools, Amplitude, or multi-brand SaaS environments.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JavaScript snippets.
  • Experience with MarTech migrations or platform rollouts.
