What you will do

  • Design and execute campaigns driving product trial, self-service adoption, and activation across developer channels.
  • Build and optimize growth funnels from acquisition through trial-to-paid conversion using product usage data.
  • Develop targeted acquisition programs for platform engineers and DevOps teams in cloud-native environments.
  • Create lifecycle programs supporting onboarding, activation, and expansion based on user behavior signals.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting technical buyers.
  • Own funnel metrics including signups, activation rates, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience in product-led growth or self-service SaaS models.
  • Strong campaign execution skills across digital and lifecycle channels.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to translate product adoption data into actionable marketing programs.
  • Must be based in Spain or the EMEA region.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering products.
  • Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and co-marketing programs.
  • Direct understanding of developer and platform engineering communities.
