What you will do

• Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap across various channels, audiences, and messaging.
• Discover and validate new distribution channels including community, influencer, and AI-answer surfaces.
• Build automated growth systems using tools like n8n and Clay to enable rapid testing.
• Execute hands-on campaigns and experiments across paid and organic channels.
• Measure experiment performance honestly and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth, demand generation, or technical marketing roles.
• T-shaped profile with depth in paid media or content syndication.
• Bias for action and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on first principles.
• Proficiency with modern marketing automation tools and AI-driven workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or office-of-the-CFO audiences.
• Knowledge of AEO/GEO strategies.
