What you will do

  • Own end-to-end CRM and lifecycle strategy across both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Operationalize B2B architecture in HubSpot, including lead capture, qualification, and MQL→SQL orchestration.
  • Manage B2C lifecycle communications via Vero to drive CLTV, reduce churn, and improve conversion.
  • Collaborate with Data and MarTech teams to define product events and behavioral signals for lifecycle programs.
  • Run structured A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Align Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering around a single, unified customer view.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations across B2B and B2C.
  • Hands-on expertise configuring and running HubSpot CRM and event-based tools like Vero.
  • Track record of scaling early-stage lifecycle implementations in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales alignment and subscription-based consumer retention.
  • Ability to specify and request data points and product events from technical teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London or Barcelona.
