Operational Excellence Expert (Lean Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and support Lean projects across departments and align them with strategic business objectives.
• Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, eliminate waste, and implement optimized solutions.
• Coordinate and coach cross-functional teams and a network of Lean practitioners.
• Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Document processes, results, and best practices to support standardization and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct Lean workshops and training, while reporting project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Production, plus professional Lean Production or Lean Administrative certification.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Lean consultant in a supervisory role or as a process improvement project lead.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Lean principles and tools.
• Experience in project management and interdisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables and VBA.
• Excellent command of English and Malay.
