What you will do

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects and components of complex engagements.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify solutions to client issues.
  • Create reports, presentations, and workshops with guidance from practice leaders.
  • Attend, support, and present confidently at client meetings, with travel required for work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, economics, or business, with an interest in life sciences or healthcare consulting.
  • Relevant consulting, pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking, private equity or venture capital, start-up, or hospital management experience matching the stated experience pathways.
  • At least one year of experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm, two years in a Tier 2 consulting firm, or relevant non-consulting experience as specified in the posting.
  • Demonstrable analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry developments and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Nice to have

  • Relevant internship or working experience.
  • Experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
  • PhD with at least three publications or one high-impact-factor publication.
