What you will do
- Design integrated primary intelligence research solutions based on client business requirements.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research analysis to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Present findings through clear, compelling, and well-structured presentations.
- Manage research projects, client interactions, documentation, and fieldwork coordination.
- Support Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Principals with client requirement reviews and proposal development.
- Build knowledge of pharmaceutical, consumer health, healthcare, and life sciences industries and consulting methodologies.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of market research experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or consumer health research.
- Experience with data analysis, synthesis, and independent management of market research projects.
- Strong client communication, presentation, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Experience managing day-to-day client interactions and coordinating fieldwork agencies or freelancers.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Written and spoken English is required.
Nice to have
- Healthcare industry experience with both qualitative and quantitative project management.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and AI analytics tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
