What you will do

  • Address advanced HR inquiries and provide expert advice to employees across Georgia and the South Region.
  • Support the execution of HR programs including compensation reviews and performance appraisals.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations, grievances, and ensure legally compliant resolutions.
  • Maintain and refine HR tools, specifically Workday, ensuring high data integrity.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and training sessions for team leads and members.
  • Collaborate with People Partners to resolve high-risk HR challenges and handle payroll-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent Georgian and English proficiency required.
  • Solid knowledge of Georgian labor law and HR compliance practices.
  • Proven experience in HR Operations, ideally within a global or multi-country environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Must be able to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract.
