TL;DR
HR Coordinator (HR Operations): Supporting day-to-day HR operations at a manufacturing plant with an accent on compliance, accurate HRIS data, and employee experience. Focus on coordinating recruiting and onboarding, handling employee relations documentation, and maintaining federal/state/local employment compliance.
Location: Fort Worth, Texas (onsite, Monday–Friday)

What you will do
- Coordinate recruiting activities: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment processing.
- Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation, including required documentation and I-9 verification.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data for status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Provide administrative support for employee benefits, disability and wellness programs, and related HR initiatives.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee questions about policies, procedures, and HR programs.
- Support employee relations processes and track corrective actions; prepare routine HR reports (headcount, attendance, workforce metrics).
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
- Minimum 1+ years of HR, administrative, or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Must establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing (including criminal background and employment verification).
