What you will do

• Develop and lead TKI procurement and purchasing strategies.
• Cultivate strategic internal and external relationships to execute the 4S Strategy.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Identify and recommend investments to improve competitive advantage.
• Analyze the raw material supplier value chain and market relevance.
• Identify new business opportunities aligned with company strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience.
• Background in the Chemical/Process Industry.
• Experience purchasing raw materials (preferably Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sulfur).
• Must be based in the HQ office (Phoenix, Arizona) 5 days a week.
• Strong project, process, and people management skills.
