Senior Counsel, Americas (SaaS)

Location: Remote, based in the United States

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

hirify.global is building a global commercial contracting function supporting enterprise software and SaaS business activities across the Americas.

What you will do

• Serve as primary commercial counsel for customers and partners across the Americas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, subscription, enterprise licensing, channel, reseller, OEM, NDA, and data/AI agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Product, Engineering, and Legal stakeholders.
• Apply contracting policies, risk thresholds, and delegation-of-authority requirements, escalating novel or high-risk matters.
• Support public sector opportunities by adapting templates and playbooks to US government contracting requirements.
• Improve contract cycle time, accuracy, consistency, reporting, and adoption of new contracting tools and processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and work remotely.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial contracting, contract management, sales operations, or commercial legal roles.
• Experience with a global enterprise software, SaaS, or technology company.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, subscription, usage-based, and enterprise licensing structures.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
• Admission to practice law and good standing in at least one US state required; California or New York admission is preferred, or willingness to obtain in-house counsel registration. A bachelor's degree and JD, LLB, LLM, or equivalent legal degree are required.
